Who is responsible

The controller for your personal data is Idalina Digital, operating from Antwerp, Belgium. For any privacy question or request, email hello@idalina-digital.com.

What I collect and why

In addition to the details you enter in the forms below, this site also receives technical request data when you use it, such as your IP address and browser information, and uses short-lived, temporary records to prevent repeated abuse (for example rate limiting on the contact, project, booking and review forms). There is no marketing mailing list on this site.

• Contact form: your name, email, subject and message. Used to answer your question. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, becoming a contract if we agree to work together.
• Start Your Project form: your name, email, phone (optional), business name, current website, service, budget, deadline and a short description. Used to review your request and send a quote. No files are uploaded through this form. Lawful basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps, then contract once you accept a quote.
• Book a call: your name, email, phone (optional), notes (optional) and chosen time. Used to schedule a discovery call. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in arranging the call, becoming a contract if we proceed.
• Reviews and project feedback (optional): your name, rating, review text, and a display-consent choice. Used to moderate and, only with your consent, show your review publicly. Lawful basis: consent for any public display; legitimate interest in collecting feedback otherwise.
• Quote and deposit: if you accept a quote, your email and the agreed amount are used to create a secure payment link and record the deposit. Lawful basis: contract. For accounting records, legal obligation may also apply.

Who processes your data

Your data is processed by Idalina Digital and the following service providers. I do not sell your data.

• Base44 — hosts this website, stores the data you submit (requests, messages, bookings, reviews) and runs the forms and booking logic.
• Microsoft Outlook — delivers form and booking notifications to the owner by email and adds your discovery call to the owner's calendar. Your submitted details are sent to Microsoft's services for this.
• Resend — sends your booking confirmation email to you.
• Stripe — hosts the secure checkout page for the 50% deposit after you accept a quote. No card details are ever entered on this website; Stripe processes them on its own hosted page.
• Google Fonts — loads typefaces from Google, which shares your IP address and browser information with Google.

International transfers

Some providers (for example Microsoft, Resend, Stripe and Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. I cannot confirm the exact storage region or the specific transfer safeguards in place for each provider from this site. Please contact me if you need details about a specific provider before submitting.

How long your data is kept

I keep your data for as long as I am handling your inquiry or project, and for any records I am required to keep (for example accounting). There is no automated retention or deletion schedule today. If you ask me to delete your data, I will assess and act on the request subject to any legal or contract obligations that require me to keep certain records, and explain any records I must retain. Copies that providers may already hold (for example an email in Outlook, a confirmation in Resend, or a payment record in Stripe) and any backups they keep are controlled by those providers under their own policies and may persist independently.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not intentionally use advertising pixels. The platform it is built on may use necessary cookies and local storage to keep an owner signed in and to remember basic UI and rate-limiting state on your device, and may receive technical request data such as your IP address and browser information when pages and forms load.

Session recording is currently disabled for this site, and platform-level analytics are switched off in this site's code.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, to object to processing, to receive a copy of your data (portability) where it applies, and to withdraw your consent to display a review at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect reviews already displayed before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@idalina-digital.com. If you are not satisfied with my response, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
