9 Inch Letto

Overview

9 Inch Letto is an Antwerp-based heels-dance community created by Naeri. The website introduces the brand and its story, presents classes for different experience levels and allows dancers to reserve their spot through a simple online booking process.

The Problem

9 Inch Letto needed one professional online space where potential dancers could discover the community, understand the available classes, find practical information and book a session without relying entirely on Instagram messages.

The Solution

I created a mobile-friendly website with a strong visual identity and an integrated booking flow. Visitors can explore the classes, learn about Naeri and the community, view the gallery, read frequently asked questions and reserve a class online.

My Role

I handled the website strategy, structure, visual direction, content organisation and development. I also adapted the Idalina Booking Starter system for the class schedule, pricing, trial offer, limited capacity and online reservation process.

Lessons Learned

This project strengthened my experience in adapting a reusable booking system to a specific business model. I also learned how important clear class descriptions, pricing and beginner information are for helping new customers feel confident enough to book.

Future Plans

Future additions may include online payments, automated reminders, waiting lists for full classes, class packages or memberships and individual customer accounts.
