Idalina Booking Starter

Overview

Idalina Booking Starter is a reusable digital system created for appointment-based businesses. It combines a public business website, online appointment booking and a private management dashboard, allowing businesses to manage bookings, customers, services, availability, content and business settings from one place.

The Problem

Many small service businesses use separate tools for their website, appointments, customer information and daily administration. This creates extra work, fragmented information and an inconsistent customer experience.

The Solution

A single customizable system that brings the business website, online booking experience and management tools together. Each installation can be adapted to the business's own branding, services, prices, availability, policies and operational needs.

My Role

Concept, product strategy, UX structure, visual direction, system architecture, implementation, booking-flow design, admin-dashboard design, testing, deployment and product presentation.

Lessons Learned

A strong reusable system needs clear separation between demo functionality and production functionality, flexible branding, reusable components and server-side protection for sensitive admin actions.

Future Plans

Persistent database integration, secure production authentication, real email notifications, optional online payments and client-specific production integrations.
