Skin Alchemy PMU – Full Website

Overview

Skin Alchemy PMU is a complete professional business website created by Idalina Digital for a permanent makeup and beauty specialist in Antwerp. The website was designed to present the business in an elegant, trustworthy and professional way while making it easy for potential clients to understand the available treatments, view prices, discover the person behind the business and book an appointment. The website includes detailed treatment information, separate information about Skin Alchemy PMU and its owner Vicky, treatment prices, a results gallery, client reviews, frequently asked questions, gift cards, opening hours, contact information and direct access to the existing Salonized booking system. A private administration dashboard was also created so the business owner can manage important website content.

The Problem

Skin Alchemy PMU needed a professional online presence where potential clients could find all important business and treatment information in one place. Social media can show results and updates, but it does not always provide a clear structure for services, prices, preparation information, frequently asked questions, opening hours and contact details. New clients also need enough information and trust before booking permanent makeup or camouflage treatments.

The Solution

Idalina Digital created a complete mobile-friendly website that brings Skin Alchemy PMU’s identity, treatments, prices, results, reviews, opening hours, contact information and booking options together. The website gives each treatment enough space and explanation, helping potential clients understand the service before booking. Visitors can move directly from discovering a treatment to the existing Salonized booking page. The website also includes a private administration dashboard, giving the business owner more control over services, images, reviews, frequently asked questions and other website content.

My Role

Founder, website strategist, designer and project creator. I researched the business and organized its services, prices, contact information and booking journey into a complete website structure. I planned the customer experience, directed the visual identity and created the website layout around the information potential clients need before booking a treatment. I was also responsible for structuring the treatment pages, About sections, gallery, reviews, frequently asked questions, gift cards, contact information, booking connection and administration dashboard.

Lessons Learned

This project taught me how important it is to structure a service website around the questions potential clients ask before making a booking. I learned how to organize detailed treatments, prices, reviews, results, frequently asked questions and business information into a clear customer journey. The project strengthened my skills in business research, website strategy, mobile-first design, information structure, booking integration and administration dashboard planning. It also showed me that a professional website must do more than look beautiful. It must create trust, answer questions and guide visitors toward taking action.
